Phillips 1924 Home Care Services was established in 2020 with the goal of delivering quality home care services to seniors and other people in need of daily life support. Our organisation has developed from modest beginnings to become a trustworthy supplier of home care services in the community. We have helped many individuals attain greater health, happiness, and independence throughout the years, and we are delighted to carry on this heritage today.

At Phillips1924 Home Care Services, we are dedicated to providing high-quality domiciliary care services to the elderly, individuals with dementia, and individuals with disabilities. We are driven by a passion to offer a greater level of holistic care, which focuses on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of every individual we serve. Our mission is to support vulnerable individuals, promote their independence, and enhance their quality of life through compassionate care that is tailored to meet their unique needs and preferences.
Our Management
Phillips 1924 Home Care Services is happy to have a competent and devoted team of managers that are committed to providing our clients with the finest quality of care. Our management team has vast experience in the home care industry, which they utilise to guarantee that our business works effectively and that all of our clients’ requirements are satisfied.
Serving as the Director and Nominated Individual, holds a BA degree in Applied Social Science Community Development & Youth work. With extensive experience working with children in both primary and secondary educational settings, as well as young people in social housing and care, Clare brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. Her commitment to ongoing professional development, including senior leadership training and numerous care-related courses, ensures that our services stay relevant and impactful.
Our Registered Manager, Kavita, brings nearly 14 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and has been serving as a Registered Manager since 2022. Kavita excels in leadership, communication, and operational oversight, ensuring that our care services are delivered with the utmost professionalism and empathy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Currently, she is also pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Senior Leadership to further enhance her ability to provide exceptional service.
The Operations Manager, is a trained nurse with over 30 years of experience in the care sector, including a decade focusing on community care for the elderly. Her extensive experience in both the NHS and private care sectors, coupled with a strong relationship with the Jewish community, enriches our operational capabilities and community engagement
